Bible Nerd Retreat 2026 tickets

Snag a ticket to the Bible Nerd retreat held at Lake Junaluska resort in Western North Carolina, from August 3rd to the 5th 2026 here! Please read everything below before purchasing. There are multiple options for tickets, all of which are outlined below.

Lake Junaluska has a beautiful campus that is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, that provides hotel-style rooms and meals all under a canopy of beauty. This is an all-inclusive ticket, meaning it covers your food and all our rentals once you are on Lake Junaluska's campus. However, this ticket does not cover shuttles from the airport, car rentals, etc. please take that into consideration before purchasing your tickets.

The retreat will include Bible studies with Faith, fellowship and Q&A time, prayer times, as well as formal teaching from our speaker, Tim Wildsmith. This way, we can still learn and rest together, and Faith doesn't have to do the bulk to the teaching/speaking. The ticket covers Tim's speaking fee so no additional gifts are needed. The theme of the retreat will be, "Rooted"- focused on the concept of being rooted (like a tree) in truth which comes from the Word.

Types of tickets:

Double rooms versus single rooms: There is a significant price difference if you would like to share a room with another attendee. Please agree on the arrangement before purchasing your ticket(via the retreat chat on Patreon) and both people need to request each other and purchase a 2-person room ticket. All attendees need to either be above 18yrs of age or attend with their parent/guardian(as their roommate). All room assignments are permanent. Unfortunately, our team cannot manage assigning rooms, this must be done before purchase.

Room tickets will include a two night stay at their Terrace hotel, Check-in will be available at 4:00 P.M. on the arrival day(Aug 3rd 2026) and check out will be at 11:00 A.M. on August 5th. Check-in for room tickets will be at the Bethea Welcome Center located at 91 N Lakeshore  Dr., Lake Junaluska, NC 28745. This is the first building on your left as you enter from Highway 19. Due to security standards keys will not be given to the Bible Nerd team for distribution. Each adult will check-in at the front desk to receive sleeping room key. They will be required to present identification and a credit card to be kept on file as a guarantee for incidentals \and/or any damages to the room(which are not covered in your Bible Nerd Retreat ticket price). Unfortunately, you will be personally responsible for any damage in the rooms. 

If you want to stay off campus at your local home or with family, choose the "day ticket" which does NOT include rooms, but does include food and all other service fees. I have rented the auditorium for most our meetings, apart from outdoor spots and meals. Your day ticket will cover your parking fee, rentals, etc. 

All tickets include the meal fees in order to encourage all attendees to join us at the meals and make the most of feasting together in the dinning hall. This is a sacred time to gather together and fellowship and is a big part of our daily schedule, not only because food is good, but also because it is a wonderful picture of what we anticipate in heaven.

Anyone who wants to attend the retreat or sleep in the rooms must purchase a ticket, per the retreat centers guidelines.

For those that will not stay on campus: Day tickets will include parking/day pass, cover service fees as well as meals. Meals provided are from a chef’s choice buffet at Lake Junaluska. I personally believe meals are a very important aspect of this retreat- a God ordained moment of community and fellowship so they are a core part of the time we will spend together. All tickets cover food costs to encourage all attendees to be at all the meals. The buffet has many options for food allergies but please note any food allergies in the box below. Meals will be served in a shared dining room. There will be no refunds for meal tickets not used. 

We will have a few Bible studies at gorgeous locations at the retreat center, as well as hopefully a sunset study on the Blue Ridge Parkway(weather permitting). 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for these tickets, because we have already made deposits on the rooms and meal tickets. We also have calculated your ticket cost to cover speaker fees, flights for the Bible Nerd team, as well as extras such as shirts and swag bags for each ticket sold. Please do not purchase this ticket without confidence of your attendance! We want to see you there.
